The 100 Events of History

Ethos 100 Kit Description

The 100 Ethos Logos Events can be used as stand-alone lessons, or we have designed them to be aligned to each of the monthly units of our Classical history instruction. These top 100 events are included in each unit of our curriculum and are numbered on the actual time period that the event occurs.

We suggest that as you are covering a particular unit (month) of history, you focus on these top events to anchor the most important moments in the history of the west and east. The human odyssey is a fantastic adventure of good and bad, ups and downs.

Each of the 100 Events is numbered as to their historical significance. It includes bullet points and basic facts that your scholar can explore and research deeper. These top 100 events are included in each unit of our curriculum and are numbered on the actual time period that the event occurs.

As you are covering a particular unit (month) of history, we suggest that you focus on these top events to anchor the most important moments in the history of the west and east. These events are up for debate, which we think is good! Should #7 the Agricultural Revolution be #1? Does #10, Marxism, even belong on the list? You and your scholar will debate and answer these questions on your own. The human odyssey is a fantastic adventure of good and bad, ups and downs. Let these 100 Events guide instruction and open up hours of learning.
